Roughly 6” wide by 6” long, these are available in 0.8mm Grade 5 Titanium(~160g/pair) , these make for a great pairing with lighter bicep protection like our jack chain rerebraces.
If your footwork is poor or you’re prone to being a damage sponge these are not the armor option for you.
